Who we are
Harness is a Utah LLC operating from 718 Northfield Rd, Northfield CT 06778. This policy describes how we collect and use information on harnessops.co, including the cohort, chat, and notifications.
Information we collect
- Name, email, and phone number.
- Chat messages you send and the replies we send back.
- Payment is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
- If you apply through a plant that uses Harness, or you use the plant tools, we also keep what you submit there, such as application answers and account settings. The plant is the hiring employer.
How we use information
- To send cohort information, including schedule and enrollment details.
- To send chat replies.
- To send notifications, including email and text messages you opted in to.
Text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Service providers
We use Stripe, Twilio, Resend, Supabase, and Cloudflare only to operate the service. They process payments, deliver text messages, send email, store data, and host the site. They may handle the information above only as needed for that work.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to run the cohort, reply to chats, send notifications, and meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information. Email a deletion request to zane@harnessops.co.
