Harness Order Form
Effective: August 24, 2026
Parties
This Order Form is between Harness LLC("Harness") and the customer company identified at checkout ("Customer"). By starting a subscription, Customer agrees to this Order Form and the Terms of Service.
Subscription
- Company platform:$1,000/month — includes supervisor lifecycle (Hire, Onboard, Pulse) for Customer's manufacturing plants on this billing account.
- Included supervisor seats: 5 active supervisors across all plants on this billing account (not per plant). Frontline crew are not seats.
- Extra supervisor seats: $200/month each for seats above the included 5. Licensed seats are enforced when adding supervisors.
- Billing is to the company / plant administrator account. Supervisors (L1) do not log in and are never billed directly.
REPEAT install (one-time)
Optional REPEAT implementation, billed once on the first invoice if selected at checkout:
- DIY: $2,000
- Virtual: $8,000
- Onsite: $25,000
30-day satisfaction guarantee
If Customer is not satisfied within 30 days of the first platform charge, Harness will issue a full refund of platform and seat fees paid in that period and help export Customer data. REPEAT install fees are non-refundable once delivery begins. Refunds are processed manually from the Stripe dashboard.
Seat cap
Customer may not add supervisors beyond licensed seats. Used seats count active supervisors (`lifecycle_stage` not exited) across all plants on the billing account. Test / sandbox plants are excluded from seat caps and outbound billing freeze.
